They required Eurograde certified safes with a £4,000 cash rating, fire protection and installation within 48 hours, and looked to a new provider as their existing vendor was failing to meet expectations.

Cancer Research stipulated aftersales service is important, requiring servicing of safes nationwide within a 4-hour window and installation of new safes within 48 hours. As an approved supplier to Timpson Locksmiths, Burg-Wächter can supply safes on a next day basis, which when combined Timpson’s excellent UK coverage and service, it meets Cancer Research UK’s requirements.

This key lock model features a secure 9 lever lock that is independently tested and certified to EN 1300 class 1/A.
