We operate from 9 locations globally and are one of Europe’s largest security manufacturers, with an extensive range of innovative German engineered products, including: safes, postboxes, padlocks, window & door security and access control solutions. We have a diverse customer base, ranging from high street names and supermarkets, to small independent retailers. As our business is expanding we are looking to recruit a purchase order administrator to supply our supply chain.
Key responsibilities of the Purchase Order Administrator:
- Create supplier purchase orders efficiently and accurately
- Email purchase orders to suppliers and follow up where required
- Meticulously check all confirmation documentation from all suppliers
- Resolve supplier invoice queries, shortages and quality issues on deliveries
- Validate the backorder report for all supplier purchase orders
- Coordinate supplier deliveries with warehouse Team Leader
Key Requirements
- At least two years of relevant work experience in data entry, order management, customer care, procurement, or logistics
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to follow established workflows and business practices
This is a full time, permanent position based at our Bradford Head Office.
